LEAP24 launches Partner Card and app for London’s electric taxi and fleet drivers
The ultra-rapid charging network strengthens its UK presence, supporting the shift to zero-emission commercial transport through easier payments and lower charging costs.
London, UK — 30 October 2025 — LEAP24, the ultra-rapid charging network for commercial vehicles, today launches its Partner Card and LEAP24 App, powered by Deftpower. The new service gives London’s taxi, delivery and logistics drivers discounted charging at LEAP24’s growing network of ultra-rapid hubs and access to more than one million charging points across Europe.
With the expansion of London’s ULEZ and the shift to zero-emission transport, commercial operators face rising charging costs and administrative complexity. The LEAP24 Partner Card tackles both: for a small monthly fee of £4.99 per card, businesses receive reduced rates at all LEAP24 locations, plus full transparency on usage, tariffs and invoicing through the LEAP24 app and Business Portal for fleet managers.

Lower charging costs and unified billing
The LEAP24 Partner Card gives commercial drivers 14 percent off standard rates at LEAP24’s ultra-rapid hubs. Drivers can check real-time charger availability, compare prices and plan routes with charging stops through the connected app, while fleet managers gain access to an online business portal with real-time session data, cost summaries and VAT-ready invoices across multiple drivers and vehicles.
Payments and invoicing are powered by Deftpay, Deftpower’s native payment solution built for EV charging. For operators, this means lower transaction fees and a single consolidated invoice for all charging sessions — whether at LEAP24 or across the extended Deftpower network. The platform handles the complexity: split billing for lease vehicles, automatic reimbursement for home charging, international VAT compliance and fraud prevention.

Expanding network built for London's commercial EVs
LEAP24 now operates a growing number of ultra-rapid charging hubs across Greater London, each equipped with 150–300 kW chargers and spacious bays for taxis and vans and trucks. Sites are located on business parks and near key transport corridors close to zero-emission zones, addressing the growing need for accessible, high-power charging infrastructure for commercial vehicles.
With competitive standard pricing from 69 p/kWh, or as low as 59 p/kWh with the Partner Card, and no subscription required for occasional use, LEAP24 supports both independent drivers and large fleets in their transition to electric vehicles.
